Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu (1320m) Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu.The airport representative from Mountain Rock treks will welcome and transfer you to hotel.
Day 02Kathmandu (1320m.) – Nagarkot (about 2,200) After breakfast in the hotel, we go for sightseeing tourto visit Pashupatinath temple, Swayambhunath, Baudha, Krishna temple and Kathmandu Durbar Squarearound the Kathmandu valley. In the afternoon, we move to Nagarkot viaBhaktapur. Nagarkot, located about 14 km north east from Bhaktapur at the height of 2,200m is best known for mesmerizing sunrise and sunset view andpanoramic mountain views. Upon arrival in the resort, welcome drinks are served before you check in and rest. After viewing the sunset we get down to dinner.
Day 03-04 Days Nagarkot – Chitwan (from 150mto more than 800m) Sunrise views from the resort sipping tea or coffee. The panorama of Himalayan peaks from Everest, Numbur, Cho-Oyu, Nuptse, Lhotse and Makalu in the east toManaslu and Himalchuli in the west is outstanding from Nagarkot. After breakfast we drive to Chitwan National Park. The Chitwan National Park(932 sq km) is listed as a world heritage site and is the most popular jungle safari destination in Nepal. Chitwan National Park covers a unique ecosystem, containing hills, ox-bow lakes and flood plains. Dominated by Sal forests, the park has 50 species of grasses. The 43 species of mammals include the endangered one-horned rhino, Royal Bengal tiger, gharial crocodile, gaur, wild elephant, four-horned antelope, striped hyena, pangolin, Gangetic Dolphin, monitor lizard, and pythons.
Day 05Chitwan – Pokhara (833m)After breakfast in the morning and we head for the jungle safari in the park. One-horned rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger, the Gangetic Dolphins and the Gharial Crocodile are some preserved species in the park besides being the home to 43 species of mammals, 526 species of birds, 150 different types of butterflies, 126 species of fish and 49 species of reptiles. Drive to Pokhara in the afternoon after lunch.
Day 06Pokhara sightseeingA day to relax, while exploring the beautiful city of Pokhara. Famous places that we would visit in Pokhara includePhewa Lake, Barahi Temple, Devi’s Fall, Mahendra Cave, SetiGandaki Gorge, the Old Bazaar, Bindhyabasini Temple, World Peace Pagoda, Begnas Lake andRupa Lake. Overnight stay in a lakeside hotel.
Day 07Pokhara - Bandipur (1455m) – Kathmandu After breakfast in the hotel, we drive to the scenic Bandipur. Located on a 1000m ridge in Tanahu district about 140km from Kathmandu, Bandipur's hallmark is its beautiful scenery. The pagoda-roofed Bindhyabasini temple which houses goddess Durga is regarded as Bandipur's guardian deity. The rich wooden carvings and detailed brass-work that adorns the temple are replicas of those found in old pagoda structures of the Kathmandu valley. Other notable temples and shrines in the vicinity include the Mahalaxmi temple with its exquisite woodwork and the Khadga Devi temple which comes alive once a year during the Dashain festival.
Day 08Drive back to Kathmandu After breakfast we drive to Kathmandu it will take about 4 hours then you will have time for shopping and relax in bar.
