World heritage sites in Nepal

There are several UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Nepal and among them, seven are situated in Kathmandu itself. Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Patna Durbar Square are the three durbar square of Kathmandu valley. You will get to know the decades-old history and historical events in this place. Likewise, the durbar squares are capped with temples, shrines, courtyards, and palace. You will get to witness medieval art and architecture here. 

Similarly, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swayambhunath are other famous tourist sites and must-visit places. Besides these, there are many other world heritage sites in other parts of Nepal.
